By purchasing or using products from The Way Bio, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Way Bio and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• the customer’s misuse of products,

• violation of this policy,

• violation of applicable law,

• prohibited resale, relabeling, or distribution,

• use in humans or animals.

Regulatory Notice
